Titles for titles! Yes, you can earn titles for achieving specific counts of other titles. Your dog deserves to be honored for these milestones.
You can earn titles with us, one for each tier of total titles earned starting at 1 title and the highest honor for 1000 titles earned. For each entry, you will receive one listing in our Hall of Fame, one page honoring your dog, and one digital certificate sent by email. Plus you can list the HOF title earned behind your dog’s name.
Send in the following information to add your dog to the Title Hall of Fame
- Dog’s call name
- Dog’s registered name
- Handler or owner name, or unlisted if no name preferred
- Dog’s breed if known
- Dog’s year of birth if known
- Total number of titles earned. Yes, you many count the lower level ones if surpassed with higher level titles (eg. novice good dog, intermediate good dog, and master good dog would count as three earned, whether they are required to be earned in order or not).
- Please list all the titles earned. Indicate which organizations they are earned from.
- Total number of championships titles (eg, Good Dog Champion 5 would count as five titles here)
- Total number of unique championship titles (eg Good Dog Champion 5 would only count as one unique title here)
- Number of different sports with titles earned. Yes, it’s fine to have only earned all titles in one sport, making it to 100 titles in one sport is a huge accomplishment!
- Links to the organizations that list your titles earned, if those organizations post a list of titles earned accessible for free.
- If no online posting is available, please send other proof of titles earned (pictures of title certificates or screenshots from your dog’s page with that organization)
- One picture of your dog (optional)
- Please only one dog per email, separate emails for separate dogs.
- Send $30 USD via Paypal to info@dogtitlelookup.com and make sure to note your dog’s name in the note. You may combine payment for multiple dogs, just put all of their names in the note.
